Arlene Rose Fisher, 66, Webster City died Thursday May 28, 2015 at VanDiest Medical Center. Boman Funeral Home, Webster City (www.Bomanfh.com) is in Charge of arrangements. The Visitation will be held Monday June 1, 2015 from 5-7 PM at Boman Funeral Home. Memorial Service will be Tuesday, June 2 at 10AM at Boman Funeral Home, with Pastor Michael Slininger officiating
She was born on January 17, 1949 in Webster City, Iowa to Guy and Jennie (Bates) Fisher. She graduated from Webster City High School in 1967 and Iowa Central Community College in 1990 where she received her Associates of Art Degree. She was employed at Electrolux, McMurray Hatchery, and Grid Iron. She enjoyed spending time with family, camping, tubing, playing guitar, hunting, knitting, woodworking, reading, and watching old westerns. She was a member of the Purity Rebekah Lodge.
She is survived by her children: Westley (Tina) Hill of Hemingford, NE, Chad (Brooke) Hill, and Brandi (Randy) Cross of Webster City; grandchildren: Justin (Jasmine), Ryan (Mae), Josh(Abbee), Bailey, Diamond, James, Zack, and Tanner; great grandchildren: Jaxson, Carson, Brenna, Bentley, Pearie, and a girl on the way; sisters and brothers; Ginny(Gene) Hassebrock of Webster City, Charlotte(Dan) Carrico of Jerome, ID, Robert (Alice) Fisher of Hermosa, SD, Leland (Sharon) Fisher of Des Moines, and John Fisher of Wendell, ID. She was preceded in death by her parents Guy and Jennie; four brothers: Leonard, twins Terry and Jerry, and Larry.
